How Do I Get Started?

Click HERE for "printer friendly SRC instructions & calendar!

Teens entering grades 6 and older can come to the library starting June 20th to SIGN UP and receive your POINTS TRACKER (you can also download a POINTS TRACKER HERE!).

You will earn SRC Points for the number of pages you read, book reviews you write, and programs you come to.

SRC Points can then be traded in for prizes! Use Your POINTS TRACKER to keep track of the number of pages that you've read each day/week and LOG-IN weekly to get your SRC Points. You'll earn 1 SRC Point for every 50 pages you've read.

Once you've finished a book, write a book review to receive an additional 5 SRC Points. You can handwrite your review (forms available at the library and HERE) OR you can submit your book review online HERE. Remember, SRC Points will only be earned by fully completed reviews with thoughtful comments.

You'll receive another SRC Point for every Teen program that you come to throughout the summer.

Use the SRC Points that you've earned to buy prizes throughout the summer.

If you earn more than 30 SRC Points, you'll get a FREE BOOK and be entered into a drawing to win even more great prizes!

Earn Prizes!

There are lots of great ways to earn SRC Points (and get prizes) this summer! Earn SRC Points by reading & writing book reviews, tracking the number of pages you've read, coming to library programs, and more!
