Facebook Privacy
Steps to help keep your Facebook profile “Friends Only

Please note: Facebook changes privacy features and options periodically. This checklist is a suggested guideline that was updated as of 11/15/2010. Check and revisit your privacy settings regularly and remember to utilize the “Preview My Profile” capability to periodically test your profile.

1. First, preview how your profile can be currently viewed by others. Log in to your Facebook account. In the upper right hand corner, click on “Account” and then “Privacy Settings.”

2. Find Connecting on Facebook & click on “View Settings.”

3. Click on “Preview My Profile.” This is how your profile is currently viewed by others (non-”friends”) on Facebook. If you can see any personal information other than your current profile picture, your real name, and your Facebook url (if you have a username) then follow these steps.
